Behavior

Timeout Handling
Redirect the caller if the timeout threshold has hit.
- Redirect account (Extension, Ring Group, Call Queue, Another IVR)
- Timeout in seconds
- Hangup timeout
- Number of times to repeat the welcome message
- Digit timeout for destinations
Redirection
Redirection based on service flags. Time of day, business hours, after hours, any date or time related service flags
Dial By Name
The IVR comes with a Dial By Name directory.
- Input that triggers the Dial By Name directory
- Explaining to the caller what key to press for the Dial By Name Directory
- Ask for confirmation even after the exact match
Welcome Greetings
When the visitor reaches the auto attendant, the system will play a greeting. You can use flags of service to play custom greetings back order. The flags are useful for service after hours or holidays, if you don 't want to use night mode to redirect the call to another account. If nothing matches the service mark, the system will revert to the standard message. The prompts can be recorded for an extension (see the star code below) or they can be uploaded via a ticket with
support@sipharmony.com
You can dial *98[IVR ID] to record your default IVR message from any extension or registered device.

- Say "For our dial by name directory, press [number] (only if Dial By Name has been enabled
- Say "Or remain on the line for general assistance"
Direct Destinations
Like all IVR's, you have 0-9 keys, including star * and pound #.
If you don't have a recorded IVR greeting, and want to use the text to speech greeting combined with Audio File messages for each destination. There a ton of options to choose from. There are also a lot hospitality messages too.
