How to log into sipharmony

Logging into sipharmony is easy!
We partnered with Vodia for our apps. Vodia is the leading software for softphone apps and have a strong reputation with app reliability, scalability, and security.
While we have given some thought into creating our own, for now, Vodia is proving to be a great choice. It lets us focus on developing features and providing perfect support to our customers.
Finding your Username and password
Username
Your username can be one of two things. Your extension or your email. If your extension was assigned an email, then that is your username. If your extension was not assigned an email than the username is your extension.
Password
Your password was emailed to you in your welcome email. You can reset your password, but going to your companies login domain page.
Hint: If you have an email assigned to your extension, you can use your extension OR your email as your login.
Web portal
In your welcome email, there are instructions on what URL you use to login. Each customer is different. If you did not receive a welcome email, let know in chat here, open a ticket, or email support@sipharmony.com
Login URL: The URL is located in your welcome email, as described above.
Username: The username we defined above.
Password: The password we defined above.
Mobile apps (android or iOS)
In your welcome email, there are instructions on what URL you use to login. Each customer is different. If you did not receive a welcome email, let know in chat here, open a ticket, or email support@sipharmony.com
You can download the Android app from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.
In your welcome email, there is QR code. You use this to sign into iOS devices. You can also use the QR code to sign into Android devices.
If your email client is blocking the display of the QR code. Let us know. We can send you a PDF of the QR code.

Desktop app (windows)
You can download the windows app here.
Once you have downloaded it, install and launch.

Hint: You can click on your profile avatar on the top right, in the drop down menu, you can get your QR code from there too!
