How to provision your IP or ATA device

So you bought a new IP phone or a new ATA device and you need it provisioned to sipharmony. That's great! Sipharmony is compatible with most major brands for auto provisioning. But just incase you want to make sure the IP phone or ATA you are buying is compatible, we have a support page here that will show you all compatible models.

How do I provision my device?


It's very easy.
All you have to do is open a ticket, and send us the SERIAL and the MAC ADDRESS of the device. We will get it added to our RPS servers, update the firmware if needed, and have it auto provisioned. 



What about buttons?


You can also tell us how you want your buttons. If you need help deciding what buttons to assign your IP phone, we can help you with that.
