Sipharmony, SMS/MMS, and 10DLC Fees and Charges

Sipharmony, SMS/MMS, and 10DLC Fees and Charges

Registration fees, carrier fees, message fees and non-compliance fees associated with A2P 10DLC.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it effect me?

A2P 10DLC allows businesses to send application-to-person text messages (A2P) using local long codes.
This resource contains a breakdown of all fees being charged by carriers to register 10DLC brands and campaigns and send messages using 10DLC numbers.
This resource also contains other fees charged by carriers for activities related to 10DLC. and non-compliance fees charged by carriers relating to 10DLC.

We, Sipharmony, have been regretting this day. After March 31st, 2023, all 10DLC and Non-Compliance rules and fees will go into effect nationwide with ALL VoIP providers.
We will try our best to keep everything the same. The only thing that will change is registration fees. SMS/MMS is still currently unlimited with Sipharmony customers, per extension/user.

You will notice that T-Mobile is the only carrier that is being extremely difficult.
We recommend that T-Mobile customers call and complain daily with them.

Most, but not all, fee's will be paid by Sipharmony.
