Greetings
Greetings are one off audio files that you can play throughout the phone system.
Greetings are very simple. Anywhere in the system where you see the option to play a greeting, this is where it references too.
Adding a greeting
Just click the upload button, and upload a compatible .wav file.
Supported audio files
For performance reasons, SipharmonyOS only allows 8-bit, 8kHz, mono .wav files. In the past, .mp3 files were allowed, but this causes a lot of strain on the server clusters CPU and can affect call quality!
