Sipharmony tries to use innovative support channels. Our ticket system is nearly never used. Most support is either from chat or email. So we decided to open a Sipharmony discord server!
Opening a ticket
While in the discord server, look for ticket-support under the SUPPORT server category
Support PIN
When opening a ticket through the discord ticketing system, your support pin is required.
