Music on hold are audio files that play to a caller. They can be audio messages or music files

Sipharmony Music on Hold

Create a new Music on Hold Category

Simply click the plus folder icon. Set the name of the category and the order in wich the audio files will play.

You can choose from the following sort orders:

• None

• Alphabetical

• Random

• Random Start

  • This will start any file at any place in the track
