Create an IVR

To create an IVR, click the Start button and find IVR Menus or you can search for it.

Once the IVR Menus application loads, click on the Create IVR Menu button on the left

The fields are all pretty self explanatory. But if you need help, each field has a description of what it does.

Some key areas to note:

Menu Sound

This is the message that is played to callers to prompt them to make a selection. You can upload your own prompts by opening the Audio Library application

Greeting Sound

This is will play before the Menu Sound is played. Normally, companies like to play a standard greeting with some music in the background. After this has played, the Menu Sound is played.

Did you know?

A menu sound is not required. You can use the Greeting Sound option by itself.

Choices

To add a menu choice, simply click and set the key options.
